元旦天气..........

北方强冷空气急速南下，预计将于今夜袭沪，届时申城将出现大风降温。12月31日和2008年1月1日最低气温将分别下探至0℃和-1℃。申城市民将在冰天冻地中迎来新年第一天。

申城昨日天色阴沉，气温攀升乏力，徐家汇最高气温定格在12.2℃，各区县气温也普遍维持在11℃~13℃之间。截至昨天下午3时，全市普降小雨，缠绵的阴雨给昨天的申城平添了几分寒意。

上海中心气象台预计，今天白天仍是阴有时有小雨，局部地区有雾。气温变化不大，在9℃~11℃之间。
另外，气象台预计今天夜里起申城受北方不断补充南下的冷空气影响，将出现明显的大风和降温天气过程。周六为多云天气，气温将跌至4℃~7℃之间。30日起至元旦申城都将是晴朗天气，但气温却出现急速下探趋势。
